Come see the magic of Disneyland!!
I had the opportunity to go to Disneyland over the summer, and it just so happens that me and my sisters went over the 60th Anniversary Celebration. Which by the way, is the diamond anniversary so everything was decorated all sparkly and gorgeous!! Like seriously though, how in the world do they make it so pretty?!?
Are the roof tiles always sparkling or did they do that for the celebration? Every where I looked their was some type of decoration for the anniversary.
I love how there is a diamond in the “D”, how cute is that?!
My sisters and I have been to Disneyland before, so of course we hit all the classic rides. Such as; Pirates of the Caribbean, Indiana Jones, Space Mountain (which was changed to Hyperspace Mountain, which I thought was pretty fun), California Screamin’, the Haunted Mansion, and Tower of Terror. By the way, Tower of Terror is going to be torn down and I am not excited about this!! It’s a classic in my opinion! They are putting up a Guardians of the Galaxy ride, but hopefully that ride will be good too.
This time at Disneyland we were able to go on some rides that I have never been on before! We went on the Peter Pan ride, which I wasn’t even aware Disneyland had a Peter Pan ride. It’s to the right as soon as you enter the park, but if you want to ride it do it first thing because the line gets SUPER long!
It’s a really fun ride! You get to ride on these pirate ships and go through out Neverland. If you have always liked Peter Pan and the idea of Neverland, like me, then you will enjoy this ride! 😀
My sister and I also got a chance to go through Sleeping Beauty’s castle. The castle isn’t necessarily a ride, just a really cool castle that you can walk through.
Just chillin’ in the castle…. don’t mind me! 🙂
We were able to go on the “It’s a small world” ride!! Before this trip I had never been on this ride and this is also a “classic” so I was thrilled to get the chance to go on it! In the past I have heard a lot of people complain about this ride but I had a blast! It was fun to spot some of the characters that are in Disney movies through out the ride.
Sorry for the super grainy picture of me and my sisters. This was the best I could do without turning on my flash and annoying all the other people on the ride.
I had so much fun going and experiencing the magic of Disneyland with my sisters! It was amazing to see so many of the characters walking about! Because their were so many people there for the Diamond Anniversary their were even more characters out then normal. Look! It’s my favorite character!
Belle is even in my favorite outfit!!
This was an all around magical trip. I love how Disneyland is such a happy place!!! 😀
What’s your favorite part of Disneyland?
